I've been coming to Reins since the 90s and I can tell you your bagel company may not have changed but their recipe sure has. You used to have some of the best bagels around now they're oversized rolls with a hole punched in the middle. I have a feel the original owners would have known right away but the new generation can't tell maybe? Anyway, I am hoping you find a new bagel vendor out of New York that still makes fresh and great bagels. Even chain bagels are better and that was not always the case. Also Acme is overcooking the whitefish. They should be a very light golden color and be extremely tender inside. I have run restaurants for 25 years before retiring from it and I can tell you quality matter for longevity. You have lasted this long because those products were good. I do hope to see that again. If you need help checking quality and taste testing I will volunteer my time to help if needed. Thanks for listening

Good evening. I am following up on my phone call for an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I visited Rein's on 2/22/25. My total bill was $51.04. I left a $13 cash tip. My credit card recently contacted me about a $16 tip added to the bill after the fact. I am disputing the $16 unauthorized charge. My credit card company asked me to contact the seller. Please fix this situation. The server is identified on my receipt as "Kasia 9". The check # is 767.

Purchased some LOCS to take home. It's like eating a spoon full of salt. The worst I've ever had and I'm 76 yrs old. I reall can't tell you how bad they tasted except to say "aTHE WORST" ever.

order taken at 12:28 Bagel w/cream cheese and lox = NO lox, very LITTLE cream cheese. :I Turkey sandwich special = charged extra for cheese I did NOT receive! 1:20 received my order after watching others placing their orders after me and receiving it before me. 50 plus minutes for a togo order. Nowhere did I get any notification that it would take so long. NEVER AGAIN!

We love your deli, especially the pickles! Your food is always delicious, and the service is wonderful. We drive from New Hampshire just to eat here and pick up a bucket or two of pickles to bring home!!!
